The concept of basic life-force energy has been part of a philosophy of life and health in “Eastern” cultures for millennia.  Within the last twenty years, research conducted in the field of bio-energetics has shown that the body is electric and can be measured by more than resistance but also impedance, amperage, voltage, capacitance, inductance and frequency.  SCIO is a unique device developed by a former NASA scientist named Professor Bill Nelson of Budapest, Hungary. He incorporated many quantum physics parameters and his 1985 Xrroid invention into the SCIO.  The Xrroid is defined as testing of a client’s Electro-Physiological Reactivity (EPR) to thousands of substances at biological speeds (1/100 of a second).  The Xrroid was registered with the FDA of America in 1989 and has been used on millions of clients around the world for over a decade.
